Lead new requirements and support for Serialization system (e.g. Rfxcel) for JGL.

Manage projects to deliver/deploy new off the shelf applications and in-house developed MyJubilant applications

Managing escalation support for Roorkee site for projects and operations.

Lead Regulatory audits from SAP module perspective and support ITGC & ITAC audits from functional aspect.

Support analytics requirements for SCM & Logistics functions.

Challenges:

Meeting End user expectations in resolving issues within specified time period. External dependency and additional cost for managing processes & applications. Lack of specialized skill set.

4, KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Accountabilities Scope of work

Designing SAP solutions in the MM / WM / PM / DMS modules (extensive cross functional collaboration)

Provides specialist level functional and configuration knowledge in designing SAP solutions in the MM / WM / PM / DMS modules of ECC 6.

Should have sound knowledge of MM / WM / PM / DMS integration with other SAP modules.

Work extensively on Project Estimations, Solution building and SAP integration with 3rd Party systems.

Strong Project and Program Management Skills

Lead delivery of change requests & critical incidents in SAP

Extensive cross functional collaboration, leadership and interpersonal skills to understand business need, convert to technical needs and get it executed through development team.

Configuration knowledge

Should have sound configuration knowledge of respective SAP modules.

Maintain detailed knowledge of the business processes used in SAP (in respective modules) across the company.

Ensures Functional specifications and Technical specifications are up to standards

Works with BASIS and ABAP personnel resources to complete object development and testing.

Lead new requirements and support for Serialization system for JGL.

Build & develop deep functional and technical knowledge of Serialization systems

Handle operational support and new requirements for Serialization setup in JGL related to Jekson, Rfxcel, etc.

Requires collaboration with internal stakeholders & external teams and leadership to drive execution

Manage projects to deliver new applications – OTS and in-house developed

Support / manage timely delivery of new OTS applications like Labware, Analytics (Accenture), Supplier Portal, etc

Support / manage timely delivery of custom developed MyJubilant applications like PIF, Vendor Master Interface, Customer Master Interface, Mobile applications, etc.

Extensive collaboration with internal stakeholders and internal/external teams to understand business need, convert to technical needs and Leadership skills to get it executed through internal & external development teams.

Managing escalation support for Roorkee site for projects and operations.

Facilitate corporate guidance and escalation support for delivery of GMP and non-GMP IT projects.

Handle the day to day site operations as backup in absence of Site SPOC

Lead Regulatory audits from SAP module perspective and support ITGC & ITAC audits from functional aspect.

Conscious keeper of transaction integrity for regulatory or financial audit compliance

Organize and provide evidences & responses for queries raised by Auditors.

Support closure of audits without any major observations.
